This is the cutest little pink-stemmed succulent plant with light blue leaves. The leaves even get pink margins!
Includes three (3) cuttings of Oscularia deltoides. This plant has tiny chunky light blue leaves that protrude every inch or so along the pink stems. Each stem can grow to 8-10” long. This sprawling ground cover type succulent is hardy in partial to full sunlight. This plant also blooms the cutest little pink flowers in the springtime.
Each cutting is at least 2-3” long.
This is not a rooted a plant, these are plant cuttings, or clippings, that you will root by water or soil.
Oscularia deltoides is a low-growing succulent shrub that spreads and grows like a thick carpet, reaching about 6-8” tall. It is often planted on hillsides to help retain the soil and create a carpet that can prevent weeds from growing too.
This plant also works well as a filler or spiller in succulent and container gardens. It’s a very cool and pretty low-growing succulent.
Propagation Recommendation
We recommend you propagate these cuttings in soil. Stick the ends in soil and do not water for at least two weeks. The plants will root and grow. Once the cuttings are visibly growing, you can start a more regular water schedule.
USDA Zone: 9-11
This plant thrives in partial to full sun.
Care:
Plant the calloused cuttings in soil and wait a week or more before watering regularly, but do not overwater. Soil should always be dry before next next watering.
Peak growth season: Spring /Fall
Dormant: Winter
Propagation: Propagate from cuttings during growth season, or by seed.
